Family Ministry

Favorite Bible Verse:

“Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking on the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.” Philippians 2:5–7

As a Wisconsin native, it is good to be back in my home state. I believe family ministry is vital to the life of the church, and I am blessed to be able to serve Immanuel in this role. As family minister, I seek to equip parents to bring the Christian faith into their homes and serve Christ as a family.

My wife, Danielle, and I have been married since 2013 and have three children, Elena, Teddy, and Gabe, who keep us quite busy. As a family, we enjoy spending time outside and playing board games together.

The school’s theme this year is “Connected” (John 15:5).  Share a time in your life when you saw the importance of being connected to Jesus.

During my college summers, I worked at Camp Luther as a counselor. Camp is a place where you are going 24 hours a day, so it is important to remember you are there to serve Jesus and rely on that connection in difficult times.
