I was born and raised in the Wisconsin Rapids and Nekoosa area. My husband and I have been married for 12 years, and we have 2 daughters and 1 son, who just turned a year old. My daughters both attend Immanuel. We have 4 pets (1 dog, 1 cat and 2 bunnies). I enjoy reading, listening to music, crafts and spending time with my family. We like to play games, take walks, watch movies and explore new places together. I am grateful to be a part of the Immanuel Lutheran staff for another year!
Our school’s theme this year is “Endure” (Hebrews 12:1-3). Briefly share a time in your life when you felt you needed the endurance that only God can provide. How can you use your experience to share God’s love with the students and families in our school?
Anxiety is something I have dealt with for many years. During those moments I pray and lean on Jesus to help me through. I always remember that He is with me and he is helping me endure these moments.
What is your favorite way to spend a weekend?
I love to spend my weekends with my family whether it is watching my girls in a sport or just relaxing at home. We like to find lots of fun, new things to do.
